“Most couples have not had hundreds of arguments; they've had the same argument hundreds of times.”
 –Gay Hendricks

Beyond just "talking," finding a good balance between caring for your relationship and looking after yourself can be a challenge many couples face. But by dedicating a little time each day to your relationship—whether it's through small, thoughtful acts for or with your partner, or what we like to call "love nuggets"—you can really strengthen your connection and increase your happiness overall. TIP, these simple moments add up and can make a big difference!
Many marriages begin strongly but often end badly because partners lack relationship skills. Divorce rates show that first marriages have a 50% chance of ending in divorce, rising to 67% for second marriages and 74% for third.
Many couples often find they could use a bit more guidance in building a joyful and strong relationship. An easy tip is to notice when you’ve tried different approaches but aren't quite seeing the results you'd love. Just like any close relationship, yours can face challenges that really test your bond. When things start to feel a bit off or you’re not quite sure what’s going on, it’s helpful to take a moment, try small changes, look for new ways to grow and connect better.
If your foundation feels a little shaky or you’re feeling distant, it can be hard for both of you to stay fully committed. Remember, good communication is truly important—without it, working through issues gets much tougher. After all, why settle for someone who isn’t really listening? Relationships shine brightest when they’re nurtured with kindness, effort, and love. Your partner should make you feel safe to be your true self and you likewise.
It’s perfectly okay to be different—what matters most is sharing common goals so you can stay connected and moving forward together. Focus on building a strong, loving bond that supports both of your well-being. Find that happy balance where your relationship can grow and thrive and always let your partner see the love you share.

Facing Relationship Helplessness and Desire a Fresh Start?

If this resonates with you, I'm truly honored to support you.
I enjoy helping couples gain a deeper understanding of themselves and each other. In our sessions,
I create a warm, welcoming supportive environment built on trust, collaboration, and mutual consent where both parties feel comfortable to share openly specific areas to focus on.
Keep in mind, differences don’t have to cause conflict—in fact, they can open the door to even stronger connections.
I tailor my approach to your unique needs, mindful that feeling overwhelmed can affect your energy, clarity, and decision-making
thereby fostering self-awareness.

I use various therapy modalities which include:
