PREMARITAL COUNSELING
Equipping yourselves early with the right tools can set your relationship up for success.
“The Big Day” also known as “Tying the Knot”
Masters of Relationships are rooted in intention, preparation, and stability. With Jill as your relationship coach, you and your partner will work together to plan and prepare, ensuring you stay aligned and grow together rather than apart.
Stress is a natural part of change, which everyone encounters at some point in life. One of the most joyful yet stressful events is “The Big Day"—getting married. While planning and preparing for the wedding and marriage can sometimes feel overwhelming, it’s important to remember that a little stress can push you to accomplish things, but too much can affect your well-being. I encourage couples to enjoy the wedding journey without losing sight of the importance of being emotionally ready for marriage. Building a strong foundation, facing fears, recognizing warning signs, resolving conflicts, managing insecurities, and addressing issues with in-laws and extended family are all key to a healthy partnership.
Premarital Counseling can be a wonderful way to prepare for this exciting chapter. It’s a safe space to explore family backgrounds and spiritual beliefs, learn effective communication and conflict-resolution skills, understand each other’s needs and desires, and discuss finances and future goals. These sessions help couples address important topics that can prevent future challenges and include practical exercises to strengthen their relationship skills over time. I meet couples where they are in their relationship.
If you're thinking about marriage or are ready to take the next step, I’d love to offer you a FREE 15-MIN. CONSULTATION to share your thoughts. There’s no pressure—we can simply see if it feels right and then plan your first session to continue building toward a meaningful, lasting partnership.
