JILL WHITE-HUFFMAN, LCMHC, MFT, LMBT
THERAPIST IN GREENSBORO, NC
ABOUT JILL
My name is Jill White-Huffman, and I am a therapist and owner of two private practices. I earned my master’s degree in counseling education and my Marriage and Family Therapy certification from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, in 2009. I received my bachelor’s degree in physical education from Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina, in 1985, and my diploma as a Massage & Bodywork Therapist from the Therapeutic Massage Training Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1996.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Coach, and Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist based in Greensboro, North Carolina. I operate two private practices here—one for Counseling/Coaching and another for Massage Therapy—each functioning independently. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I often travel for educational training.
As a Massage Therapist, I am grateful for the knowledge, skills, and training that enable me to use my hands to perform intentional, systematic manipulation of the body, promoting health and healing.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Life Coach, and Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with clients by meeting them where they are, exploring patterns, stories, and challenges that shape their lives, and reflecting on what no longer works. I apply practical coping skills to support growth and help clients reach their goals. My coaching is ideal for those seeking to uncover unhealthy patterns. I guide clients in breaking patterns into manageable parts while staying grounded, observant, and present—engaging with their experiences non-judgmentally. My goal is to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and group participants, help them achieve their goals, and promote life satisfaction.
I offer wellness workshops, training events, and services to organizations, businesses, women's ministry groups, and more. These presentations, seminars, and workshops are available both virtually and in person.

I ALSO OFFER PREMARITAL COUNSELING
One Body = She + He
Is What It Means To Become One
Many marriages start strong but often end poorly due to partners lacking relationship skills. Divorce rates show first marriages have a 50% chance of ending in divorce, rising to 67% for second marriages and 74% for third. Few receive proper education on building successful marriages.
Premarital counseling can help couples address barriers and develop tools to handle challenges thoughtfully. It prepares committed couples for a crucial journey. I have extensive experience working with couples, and collaborating with you would be a pleasure. Together, we can strengthen your relationship by learning and practicing the universal language of love for lasting satisfaction.
PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC SPEAKING
Your Authentic Self: Discover, Accept, Grow
As a Program Facilitator, I enjoy engaging in a variety of topics, including Mindful Self-Care, Let’s Stay Together, Chronic Pain, and more. My goal is to create a warm space where participants can ground themselves and find clarity. I aim to help everyone explore the "Why," "What," and "How" so they can discover options that lead to meaningful change and a more joyful life.
I'm always seeking innovative ways to provide valuable skills and support through tailored seminars, workshops, events, and presentations. In these gatherings, I strive to provide friendly guidance that encourages individuals to gain insights, visualize their dreams, solve problems, and plan actionable steps that truly make a difference.
With my background and skills, I’m dedicated to understanding and meeting the unique needs of each person I work with, valuing each individual's development journey.
