Jill provides a safe space! During this process, you transfer learning into personal knowledge. You will have the opportunity to work on the areas of your life that you feel need improvement so that your experience is fulfilling. Not knowing how to remain focused on present-moment experiences, results in distorted unhealthy patterns. Jill works with you to establish the key ingredients for developing the action steps needed to successfully achieve your goals.

She is an enthusiastic life-long learner with a wealth of experience and expertise, supporting others to develop from a range of backgrounds. Jill is motivated as a coach to provide hope, healing, and guidance to individuals and couples; who may feel the negative effects of stress and uncertainty in their personal journey.
