Jill uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe negative, critical inner thoughts into healthier, more positive ones, which boosts self-esteem. She also employs Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help manage emotions, stress, and relationships, ultimately helping you feel better while working toward meaningful change in your daily life.

With all the demands of everyday life, our attention is often distracted, leaving us with little to no time to focus on what truly matters: our relationships. As a result, one or both partners may experience relational tension, develop feelings of resentment and conflict, and/or feel disconnected.

Jill aims to assist couples through a focused, immersive approach that uncovers who they truly are as individuals so that they better understand themselves as individuals, identify the root causes of their problems, and learn new skills for meaningful change as a couple. These changes improve their responses to each other, strengthen and deepen their bond, and ultimately lead to healing and greater intimacy.
